I received it after 3 working days, it was talking about a lot of problems in internet comments because it is a new headset. If your head size is not too big, it doesn't cause any problems. I use it for about 5-6 hours a day and I haven't had any problems. If you have a large head size, the upper band may be uncomfortable.
