Revolutionary Metamaterial Absorption Technology eliminates distortion for a purer, more natural sound, while the 12th generation Uni-Q driver array with MAT driver technology provides three-dimensional, superbly coherent sound that fills any room.
Music Integrity Engine
Every aspect of the LS50 Wireless II's performance is supported by a new processor developed by KEF called the Music Integrity Engine. These digital signal processing algorithms are optimized for the Uni-Q driver and enable the LS50 II to deliver perfectly timed performance for better transmission and tighter sound.
Metamaterial Absorption Technology
Meta-Material Absorption Technology (MAT) is a highly complex labyrinth-like structure that absorbs 99% of unwanted sound coming from behind the driver, eliminating the resulting distortion and providing purer, more natural sound .
Our engineers, who use advanced simulation and analysis tools, developed the 12th generation Uni-Q with MAT. This new driver array provides less coloration, less distortion, and a more transparent and lifelike sound than ever before possible, all distributed evenly throughout the room.
Plenty of Power
The built-in amplifiers are developed by KEF. Each tweeter is powered by a 100W A/B class amplifier, which delivers smooth and incredibly detailed high-frequency performance. Special 280W D-class amplifiers provide power to the mid/bass drivers for controlled sound that fills the room up to 108dB.

The low-diffraction, curved baffle is precision modelled around the Uni-Q driver, while eye-catching heat sinks and colour-matched ports are located on the well-equipped rear. The top-mounted control panel is designed to be stylish and functional.
LS50 Wireless II is available in three matte finishes, carbon black, titanium grey, and mineral white, as well as a Crimson Red Special Edition.
